About This Game Build your fleet, trade, explore and conquerHelium Rain is a single-player space simulation that places you at the helm of a spacefaring company. Trade resources, buy ships and stations to fulfill contracts ! Dock at stations to buy and sell you wares or upgrade your ship, upgrade your technology to be more efficient and militarize your fleet to prevent piracy. You will need to master both real-time action and long-term strategy: destroying a freighter has a direct impact on the economy, while declaring war will make your spaceflight environment slightly more hostile... 13 playable ships with weapon and engine upgradesBuild and fly fleets of fighters, bombers, cargos, corvettes or capital ships. Buy new engines and weapons. Fast-paced combat with Newtonian flight, localized damage and joystick supportThere is no speed limit in Helium Rain. You can fly at half a mile a second while aiming backwards. Aim for critical systems in order to disable ships, kill their crew or capture targets, and don't fly into asteroids. Complex economy modelTake advantage of a complex simulation of space trade to be the most competitive company. A planetary system to exploreExplore around 25 sectors orbiting the gas giant Nema and its moons. Procedural contracts, world exploration, technology upgradesPick contracts and build your empire to become the largest company. Quick-action skirmish modeSetup your fleet, pick an opponent and go into fighting action right away !A world that feels realYour ships have generators, radiators, weapons, engines, cargo bays or life support systems - they all work together. Every thruster on your ship plays a role. Aim for engines to pin down your enemies, or send them spinning around by destroying power stations. Most ships have more than thirty individual parts ! You can customize the most important parts of your ships - your main engines, attitude control thrusters, weapons and hull colors.Your competitors are independent factions, companies with the same goal as yours - ruling the system. They will try to undercut you, or even attack you if you become a threat to them. But don't be too quick to destroy them, as war can break the supply of resources you depend on ! Attacking freighters will destroy resources, with the potential to cause an economic crisis. 7aa9394dea Title: Helium RainGenre: Action, Indie, Simulation, StrategyDeveloper:Deimos GamesPublisher:Deimos GamesRelease Date: 11 Oct, 2018 Helium Rain Activation Key Generator helium rain pc. helium rain pc review. helium rain mining. helium rain transport fee. helium rain pc gameplay. helium rain gear. quechua helium rain 500 dames. outdoor research helium bivy rain. helium rain. helium rain on saturn. quechua helium rain jacket. helium rain quechua. helium rain transport fee. helium 11 rain jacket. helium rain 500. helium rain tips. outdoor research helium rain bucket hat. helium rain steam. helium rain population. quechua helium rain 500 regenjas. helium rain 500 jacket. helium rain technology. helium balloons and rain. helium rain station complex. quechua helium rain 500 kopen. helium 11 rain jacket. helium 2 rain jacket by outdoor research. helium rain test. helium rain planet. helium rain system requirements. helium rain gameplay. helium rain orbital telescope. outdoor research helium ii rain jacket. helium rain source code. helium rain electronics. helium radar rain cap. helium balloons sink in rain. helium balloons sink in rain. helium rain automated trading. helium traveler rain jacket. outdoor research helium bivy rain. helium rain wiki. helium rain ships. helium 2 rain pants. helium balloons in rain. helium rain pc game. helium rain trade routes. helium rain roadmap. helium rain pants review. helium rain sectors. helium rain system requirements. helium rain tutorial. helium rain pc game review. helium rain on saturn. helium rain complex. helium rain youtube. helium rain multiplayer. helium rain gear. helium rain pendulum. helium rain github. helium rain pants review. helium rain review 2018. or helium rain jacket review. let's play helium rain. quechua model helium rain 500. helium rain saturn. helium rain meteorite intercept. helium rain epic games. helium rain kilt. helium rain gameplay. or helium rain jacket. helium rain definition I write this negative review with a heavy heart. So much about this game was done amazingly. The docking was awesome. The graphics are pretty. It's weakness was a totally devoid plot and story. This could become Independence War III with a solid expansion, but unfortunately is boring after about 30 minutes.. Everythings fine until fighting. Lost all stations at once in different sectors. Still in the tutorial.... Posting a very simple Thumbs up as Helium Rain goes through its Early Access phase.Game has a ton of great ideas that are ocming together nicely, reminds me of X series games with not as big a time sink (This is a good thing for people like myself who work, family and play). If your a fan of the X Series games, I recommend grabbing Helium Rain in Early Access since it be most likely cheaper currently, as the Dev's are heading in the right direction with it.Once we see a few more updates and I sink a good 20+ more hours or so into it, will give a more proper review of the game. But the Dev's seem to be switched on, and that is half the battle won already.. The game itself is fine, however mapping controls with an Xbox controller is an absolute nightmare. The settings option for configuring a controller simply assumes one already knows all of the Axis mappings (i.e. Left/Right control sticks are Axis 0/1), and spending 15 minutes just figuring out the layout automatically warrants a negative vote.. Wonderful lonely space atmosphere and soundtrack. Very hard to put down once you start ramping up your own production chain. Not comparable to Elite, in this game you manage multiple fleets of multiple ships each. In elite you can land on planets. It's closer to a lite X game I'd say.. The worst of the most beautiful games I've ever played :Edit : Following the devs roadmap, I thought the game was released at the time I wrote this review (the "Final update" has aleady been pushed) but it still in early access, however I'm doubtful that it will evolve a lot after that, so I maintain that review as it is for the moment, will change it as soon as the game gets better, so likely never.I bought this game something like a year ago and had great hopes for this one looking at the graphics and mechanics at the time, here's what I waited for :- A great storyline (which didn't and will likely never happen...)- A lot of vessels and techs to put on them (kind of happened but there's still not much diversity)- More diversity in quests (also didn't happen, you just get something/someone somewhere and that's it, boring AF)- A good UI for the trading mechanics (which is still being more like a clik-fest switching between different screens)- A real depth in the economy mechanics (as of now, there's something like +/-3% price difference between each sector, which allows you to sell anything anywhere without caring about efficiency at all)- And finally, something to break the boredom like real quests (there's one major thingy to build and overall, that's it)I won't focus on any critics about the space fights in this review since I respect the devs choice to use newtonian physics (I dont like those space jousts, but I find it very interesting nonetheless)In brief, after something like a hundred hours in game and a long wait 'til its release, I got very badly disappointed at what the game became, it seriously seems like it's not finished at all, lacks of depth in every way and has no place for QoL elements. If you ask me, this is an "auto-docking simulator" in which you just repeatingly wait until you're docked to complete your quest, if you like travelling through space you'd better go for "Kerbal Space Program" or "No Man's Sky" which are infinitely more rich in terms of interactions.I'd always love to support the products of my own country (I'm french as the game's devs), but for once, my advice would be to not waste your money on this game unless you just like wasting your time watching spaceships docking in front of a beautiful background.. Have you watched the TV series called "The Expanse"? Have you ever wanted the game in similar setting? Search no longer - Helium Rain is what you need! This game cointain technology and designs that are very close that that theme (aka plausible close future tech - so no hyperdrives, no shields and no Star Wars pew pew pew lasers). It also gives very good "early colonization of remote star system" wibe. The trading, station building, military oeprations - everything is on good and deep quality (casuals beware!)Don't let the "Early Acess tag" fool you. In current state the game offer plenty of good and stable gameplay.Pros:- simple, but great ships and station designs (sphere shipyard in Blue Heart is my favorite)- well ballanced trade and economy- well designed star system- ability to own your own ships, stations, shipyards.- good price to content ratio - it's a money well spent!- simple but working faction diplomacy- research treeCons:- manual docking is hardcore (but you can easily research auto-dock function)- the entire Star System is a bit small - needs several more planets and moons and locations- GUI can be a bit chaotic at first it also sometimes doesnt show you the information you need (e.g. station build descriptions doesn't tell you what resources station need/produce)- sometimes other factions goes bancrupt which makes their stations not producing anymore coz they can't buy resources.- stations doesn't change visually when you upgrade them.- research tree could be a bit bigger and the "progressive research costs" should be removed - this smells to much like the abusive sysyem of mobile games.. I was dubious when I saw the price, I mean how could anything good be this cheap? Then I played the game. It is fantastic. It plays smoothly, isn't the buggy horror show that the recent X-series games have been, and scratches that itch perfectly. The game is easy to get into, not too "grindy", and generally is a very pleasant (if slightly addictive) game that I feel is great value for money. It is nice to play a game for once where I felt that I got a great deal.. Inspired in its simplicity.
